For Mortgage & Protection Advisers

Your advice practice already generates the content.
Content Engine turns it into compliant marketing.

Case completions, rate and product changes, protection and remortgage reviews, the questions clients actually ask — your practice produces this every week. Content Engine turns it into a consistent stream of branded content for your review. Never advice. Every post a financial promotion your compliance function signs off.

The real problem

The material exists. Turning it into compliant marketing every week doesn't happen.

Every advice practice already has more to say than it ever publishes: completions, rate and product changes, protection reviews, remortgage reminders, the client questions you answer daily. The gap isn't knowledge — it's consistently turning it into marketing that is on-brand, on-time, and safe to publish as a financial promotion.

One update, many outputs

One rate change becomes a week of client education

This is the core of what Content Engine does for an advice practice — one real event, turned into every format you'd otherwise write separately, each one drafted to stay the right side of a financial promotion.

Product / rate change

Fixed-rate deals moving — what it means for people coming to the end of a term

Source material: the change, who it affects, what to prepare — never a specific rate or lender Illustrative example

→

Explainer Post

What the change means, in plain English — never a rate, a lender or a recommendation.

Social Post

On-brand copy in your firm's voice, drafted as a compliant promotion.

Carousel

A product or process broken down slide by slide for clients.

Short Video

Vertical short-form video, generated and QA-checked.

Presenter/Avatar Video

Adviser-fronted video — where supported by your plan (see Avatar Video below).

Reminder

The same event reframed as a remortgage or protection-review reminder.

Client FAQ

The questions this raises, answered — education, never advice.

Campaign Content

The same source material prepared for your marketing workflows.

Case & product content

Every case and product becomes reusable client education

A completion isn't a single post — it's proof you deliver, a chance to explain a process, and a source for weeks of content. Content Engine plans and generates from the same material instead of you re-writing it each time, and keeps client-identifying detail out.

Case Spotlight

The type of case and the outcome, framed as education — never client-identifying detail, never a guaranteed result.

Product & Process Explainers

How a product, criterion or step works, so a client understands it before they enquire.

Protection Education

Why cover matters and how it works — general information, never a recommendation or a payout promise.

Sector & Client-Type Support

Self-employed, first-time buyers, product transfers — content for the clients you actually serve.

Client education content

Stay visible before the client is ready to enquire

Process explainers, product education, rate-change commentary, protection and remortgage reminders and client FAQs — content that keeps your practice front of mind long before an enquiry comes in, and never crosses into advice.

Process Explainers

How something works and what to prepare — practical, never a recommendation.

Product Education

What a product or change actually means, explained plainly and without a rate.

Reminders

Remortgage, renewal and protection-review reminders — timely and shareable.

Client FAQs

The questions clients actually ask, answered as education.

Adviser & team content

Put your advisers in front of your market more often

Advisers and principals as recurring, recognisable presenters — expertise becomes a script, becomes approved content, becomes a consistent on-screen presence that builds trust before the first call.

Adviser Expertise

What your team already knows, turned into authority content.

Recurring Presenters

The same adviser, recognisable across every piece of video content.

Approved Every Time

Scripted, brand-checked and compliance-reviewed before anything goes out.

Avatar / presenter video

An adviser-fronted video, without a film crew

Recurring presenter content

A branded, presenter-led video generated on your schedule - rate-change explainers, product education, client FAQs. Trained from a short setup session; used across your approved scripts.

Included plans

Premium includes 3 presenter videos a week. Premium Plus includes 5, with a Digital Twin. Not available on Starter or Growth - see Pricing for the full comparison.

Compliance & human control

Leverage, with the guardrails already on

The reason a regulated firm can actually use this: the compliance controls are built into how content is generated, not added as an afterthought — and the final sign-off always stays with you.

Built-in claim guards

Guaranteed approvals, best-buy and cheapest-rate claims, specific rates, named lenders, personal recommendations, payout promises and pressure selling are blocked before an asset ever reaches your queue.

Approval never switches off

Every asset passes an automated QA gate and waits for your review. For a regulated firm that approval step is permanent — content never moves to auto-publishing.

A disclaimer on every caption

A plain-English disclaimer is applied automatically to every piece of content, so nothing goes out without it.

Your sign-off stays yours

Content Engine produces marketing and educational content, never regulated advice. Your firm's own compliance sign-off for financial promotions applies exactly as it would to any other marketing.

    FAQ

    Common questions from advisers

Is this financial advice, or a regulated financial promotion?

It is never advice. When a mortgage or protection firm posts marketing about its services that post is a financial promotion, and your firm's own compliance sign-off applies before it goes live - Content Engine does not replace that step. What it generates is marketing and educational content for your review: process explainers, product and rate-change explainers, protection and remortgage reminders, client FAQs.

How does it keep content compliant?

The guardrails are built into generation, not bolted on at the end. Banned-claim guards block guaranteed approvals, best-buy and cheapest-rate claims, specific rates, named lenders, personal recommendations, payout promises and pressure selling. A plain-English disclaimer is applied to every caption. And for a regulated firm, approval is permanent - content never switches to auto-publishing. It is leverage with the guardrails already on; final sign-off stays with your firm.

Who approves everything before it goes out?

You do - permanently. Every asset passes an automated QA gate and waits in your review queue. For a regulated firm that approval step never turns off and cannot be switched to auto-approve. Firms with their own or a network compliance function apply it the same way they would to any other marketing material.

Will it quote interest rates or name lenders?

No. Rates, APRs, specific product figures and named lenders are blocked by the content guards, because those are exactly the claims that turn a helpful post into a promotion problem. Content explains how a product or process works so a client understands it - it never recommends one.

Is Content Engine built for advisers specifically?

The platform - brand profile, planning, QA and the approval workflow - is the same real engine used across Content Engine. What's adviser-specific is the content and the guards: case and product explainers, protection and remortgage reminders, client education, and the compliance controls above.

    Is presenter/avatar video included?

Premium includes 3 adviser-fronted videos a week, Premium Plus includes 5 - a market update or client FAQ to camera without a film crew. Not available on Starter or Growth. See Pricing for the full comparison.

What does it cost, and can I sign up online?

Plans start at £35/month - the same pricing as every Content Engine vertical. If your firm is directly authorised and publishes financial promotions we'd recommend talking to us first, so you know exactly what your compliance function should check before your first piece of content goes live.
