Turn your agency into a
Content Engine.
Turn every new instruction, property, market update and piece of agency expertise into consistent branded content — planned, created and prepared for every channel you publish to.
See Content Engine in action
From your agency's own media and property information to ready-to-review social content — all in one simple portal.
The information exists. Turning it into marketing every week doesn't.
Every estate and letting agency already generates more raw material than it uses — instructions, reductions, sales agreed, lets agreed, landlord questions, vendor advice, local knowledge, staff expertise. The gap isn't information. It's consistently turning that activity into publishable content.
- Valuers and negotiators are too busyThe people who know the market are the people with no time to write about it.
- Great instructions get one listing, and little elseA new instruction hits the portals — but rarely becomes a launch post, a video, a market moment or a follow-up.
- Market knowledge stays in people's headsLocal insight, price trends, area quirks — never turned into content prospective clients can find.
- Landlord and vendor expertise stays 1-to-1Advice given in every valuation and check-in rarely becomes reusable, brand-safe content.
- Branches post inconsistentlyOne branch is on it; another goes quiet for weeks. Quality varies by whoever grabbed the phone.
- Video keeps getting postponedEveryone agrees property video is powerful. Very few agencies actually ship it every week.
One pipeline, start to finish
The eight stages of Content Engine, applied to your agency's own activity, week after week.
One new instruction becomes a week of content
This is the core of what Content Engine does for an agency: one real event, turned into every format you'd otherwise write separately.

Built around the content estate and letting agents already create every day.
Your agency already produces the raw material — new instructions, listings, sales agreed, lets agreed, market knowledge, staff expertise, landlord advice and local insight. Content Engine turns that activity into consistent branded marketing.
Prepared for the moments an agency actually publishes
Content Engine plans and prepares each item for the moments an agency publishes. Publishing itself runs through the social accounts you connect in GoHighLevel, using your approved schedule - so you keep one calendar and one approval flow across every channel.
Your team stays in control - always
AI-assisted creation held to your agency's brand profile, checked by an automated QA gate, reviewed by your team through your first 28 days. Once your account qualifies, switch on Auto-Approval and step back in whenever you want - if quality drops, Auto-Approval suspends automatically until you re-enable it.
Plans from £35/month, agency-priced.

Content Engine in plain English
Short answers to the questions people search for before they book a demo. Full detail on the For Agents, Pricing and How It Works pages.
What is Content Engine?
Content Engine is an automated content creation and distribution platform built specifically for UK estate and letting agents. It turns real agency activity — new instructions, sales agreed, let agreed, price changes, landlord and vendor advice, local market knowledge — into a planned stream of branded posts, carousels, short-form video and (on higher plans) property video and presenter/avatar video, all held for human approval before publishing.
Who provides Content Engine?
Content Engine is provided by Inspiring Ventures Ltd, a UK company (company number 14193119) based in Newport Pagnell. Support: support@content-engine.pro.
Who is Content Engine for?
Independent estate and letting agencies in the United Kingdom — sales, lettings and hybrid. It is not built for other industries. One agency per protected postcode area.
Does Content Engine create property video?
Yes — Property Video is included on Growth, Premium and Premium Plus. It assembles listing photos, price, key features and area detail into a branded vertical property video that validates every on-screen claim against the listing's own data.
Does Content Engine offer presenter or avatar video?
Yes — Premium includes 3 presenter/avatar videos per week and Premium Plus includes 5. Presenter video is not included on Starter or Growth.
What is Territory Protection?
Territory Protection is Content Engine's commercial commitment that from a customer's first successful payment, Content Engine will not sell its estate and lettings agency service to a competing residential agency in that customer's protected postcode area. On Starter this is provisional for 90 days plus a 14-day grace period; on Growth, Premium and Premium Plus it is ongoing while the plan is paid and active. Territory is a defined group of postcode sectors from an internal register, not a radius. It restricts who Content Engine sells to; it is not a guarantee of leads, instructions or market share.
How much does Content Engine cost?
Content Engine has five active plans, all ex VAT: Starter £35/month, Starter Plus £44/month, Growth £80/month, Premium £155/month, Premium Plus £250/month. A one-time onboarding fee of £98 (ex VAT) applies to new subscriptions. 20% VAT is added at checkout. Minimum term 3 months, 28-day cancellation notice.
Can customers approve content before publishing?
Yes — every generated asset passes an automated QA gate and lands in the customer's approval queue. For the first 28 days approvals are always manual. After that, if the account qualifies, Auto-Approval can be enabled and paused at any time. If quality drops, Auto-Approval suspends automatically until re-enabled.
What happens during the first 28 days?
A mandatory human-approval learning period. Every generated asset is reviewed and approved (or edited or rejected) by the customer before it can be prepared for publishing. Content Engine uses those decisions to tune future content to the agency's own brand and preferences.
Can Content Engine publish automatically?
Publishing itself runs through the social accounts the customer connects in GoHighLevel, on the customer's approved schedule. After the first 28 days, Auto-Approval can advance an asset's approval state automatically for scheduled publishing — the customer remains responsible for what Auto-Approval releases on their behalf.
How does territory exclusivity work?
Each protected territory is a specific group of postcode sectors from an internal register, allocated to one paying customer at a time. Territory takes effect from Day 1 (first successful payment). Premium Plus includes 2 protected territories; every other active plan includes 1.
Can an agency buy an additional territory?
Yes, on Growth and above. Additional Territory Protection is £26/month + VAT per extra territory, chosen at signup or added later. Premium Plus includes two territories; the add-on applies from the third. Starter is a single-territory plan.
Your agency already has the knowledge.
Content Engine turns it into momentum.
Create. Amplify. Repeat.
