Content Engine exists to turn that existing agency activity into structured, branded content.

Content Engine wasn't designed as a generic AI writer with property templates bolted on. It's built around how estate and letting agencies actually work: valuers and negotiators are busy, market knowledge lives in people's heads, great instructions rarely become the marketing moment they could be, and video keeps getting postponed. The system understands the agency's own inputs and turns them into content the agency can review, approve and publish.

Human control, with automation when you want it
Every asset passes an automated QA gate and lands in your review queue. Through your first 28 days you approve each item yourself. After that, if your account qualifies, you can switch on Auto-Approval - and you can step back in and pause it at any time. If quality drops, Auto-Approval suspends automatically until you re-enable it. Publishing itself runs through the social accounts you connect in GoHighLevel.
